Feeling back to normal and rounding up the last few days of my 10 day cleanse. Actually excited to go back to work tomorrow... Never take your health for granted! I'm doing well sticking to cleanse. Each day seems to get easier.
Notes:
* make sure your snacks and meal plan are planned out the night before. Makes things go a lot smoother!
* turkey burger (no bun of coarse) and spinach salad for dinner yum!
* drink lots of h2o
