Feeling really good today. Was nice to have break from fiber drink ( can be a little hard to get down when it gets thick) I recommend a straw and drink fast.
Notes:
* I know this sounds weird but, my sense of smell is super heightened.
* made cashew butter by throwing fresh cashews in my food processor and added some water. It was AMAZING!
* heading to bed have Bold in the Cold 5K tomorrow. Have my Slam in the fridge ready to go. :)
