Final weigh in!
Can't believe 24 days have past! This has been such an amazing journey and am excited to see how the rest of my peeps finish up.
Notes:
* I had an a-ha moment today... My mind was trying to play games on me and I wasn't having it! I was thinking after my weigh in what can I eat to reward myself for all this hard work and there is when the moment came. I have to stop thinking as food as a reward. I have come a long way mentally and physically and I'm thankful for the mental focus Advocare has given me. So, my reward is to continue taking care of my body and to continue eating healthy! So instead of food I'm going to get a massage :).
Ok... I've kept you waiting long enough! Here's my results:
Starting weight (can't believe I'm sharing this!) 150
Final weight 139.4! (Thats right!)
* a total % of 7.07% weight loss!

Day 23...
Well... It's the eve of my final day of the 24 day challenge. Sorry I haven't blogged in a few days, life happened. :) I have done really well following the cleanse. I really feel I have lost more inches than weight and am encourage I took the challenge to take my health to the next level.
Notes:
* It's bitter sweet ending the challenge. Look forward to challenging myself in the future.
* it's been very rewarding challenging my friends to become healthier and experiment with "healthy flavorful foods". ( www.heandsheeatclean.com has great recipes!)

Day15...
Encouraged today that I am surrounded by 5 people at work on the same challenge! It's nice to discuss things and bounce ideas off each other.
Notes:
* get outside and breathe in the fresh air! It's amazing.
* have an unsweetened glass of Starbucks refresh tea. It literally wakes up you mouth :)
* exercise and encourage others to do it with you!

Day 10... Woohoo!
Happy Dance... Happy Dance!!! What a great feeling completing the first 10 days. :) I even survived my sons birthday. It was not easy going out to eat with all those temptations but, I did it!
Notes:
* drink that glass of water before every meal. Make big difference.
* there are always healthy options when going out. Again, it's about choice.
* set goals and reach them!

Day 9...
What a beautiful day! I was full of energy and great-fullness! I love how I am feeling after being "detoxified". Can't believe tomorrow is my last day of cleanse!
Notes:
* remember to thank yourself for investing in your health and caring for the body God has given you. (It's a choice to be a better you!)
* really need to do Yoga this week!
